Tea not for meThis tea taste like it has flavoring or something other than green rea and Jasmine flowers. I have had 3 cups of this tea on 3 different occasions with the same result. I get a headache, dizziness & upset stomach. I have never experienced anything like it before from a jasmine tea. I threw it away.1An Impressive Decaf Jasmine Green TeaThis decaf Jasmine Green Tea is a great alternative for those who are not able to have caffeine. For a decaf tea, I was surprised at how good it is. I use a little less than a tablespoon of tea in two cups of 175 degree hot water and let it steep for five minutes (longer than the directions call for) in a little mesh bag. Some people complained about the lack of jasmine flavor but I think the jasmine flavor is fine. This tea is delicious cold or hot.4Wonderful AromaThis is one of the best jasmine teas I have ever had. It smells and tastes like jasmine. If you steep tea it will get stronger. I would say that if you want the strong flower taste to buy this tea. I also feel that being decaf didn t hurt anything. You can only decaf the green tea part not the jasmine part.I enjoy this all day and don t have to worry about being up at night. Will buy again.5This really can be good; it is for me.I really appreciate the reviews by others of this product. After reading them, I chose to brew and handle this tea more carefully than I used to with my beloved caffeine kind of jasmine green tea. I am careful not to fully boil the water, seldom letting it get to more than scalding hot. I have been employing the tip to put less tea into the tea ball than I usually would, to give the leaves more room to brew. And I have not brewed it longer than 3 minutes; often 2 or so. I usually drink Rishi jasmine tea and it is my favorite, but have to switch to decaf for a while and there are no decaf jasmine teas that have been grown in japan that I can find. It tastes like regular jasmin tea minus the green tea flavor, which is a plus for me. The consistency is not powder so you can actually see it hydrating and it is quite potent, I only use half teaspoon and I place inside my reusable teabags, I can infuse a mug many times a day with the same teabag but I do not let it steep for longer than one minute each time.5The IT guy asked about itI drink tea at my desk at work.The tea is okay. This one is the best I've found. Nice, big leaves in the pouch without much tea dust, and it has a wonderful jasmine scent and flavor. I prefer leaf teas because they are so much more flavorful. But many jasmine teas have an almost absent jasmine presence. This one is wonderful. You actually know you are drinking a jasmine tea! As with all jasmine (and green) teas, you must be careful not to steep too long or it gets bitter. I steep this Jasmine tea for only one minute, and I use a French press to brew my leaf tea. And I don't bring the water to a full boil; that will also make this tea taste bitter. Also, I can easily get 2 cups out of a little less less than one teaspoon of tea leaves, and the second cup is just as strong as the first. This is an excellent tea with great Jasmine flavor and aroma.5Three StarsBecomes bitter *extremely* quickly, but delicious if brewed for 1.5 minutes MAX3
