8g Carbs and 2g Fiber in 1/4 Cup!We love the flavor. Perfect sweetness for my hubby and slightly too sweet for m. Compared to what's out there, the carb count is pretty good. For 27 grams, there are 8g Total carbs with 2gs Fiber. Paleo friendly in small amounts.5Tasty, healthy, fillingThis granola has a much lighter feel than most, but is filling. I ve been following the Paleo plan since January and now with the almond issue, I ve had to dig deep to find alternatives. I took a chance and ordered Grandy Oats Coconola....it is so addictive I have a hard time eating just one serving!5Gritty with a ton of stomach ache on the sideNope! Just a big nope! Don't buy this! I thought hey coffee flavored, great? Na it really means ground up coffee mixed in. Currently I am in the 9 hour of horrendous stomach pains from this mornings bowl. I can feel everything inch as it moves thru my intestines cutting like little knifes all the way out! Now one might think it could be something else she ate, oh no kids had the same foods but they had progronola brand instead... (tasted much better too). If you want to know why just buy a bag.Personally I love fresh fruit with granola but can't stand dried fruit in it. This brand states serving size is 1/4 cup; thus, carb count is based on that size. If you eat a normal 1/2 cup of this cereal (as most people do), your carb count is double.3Great!Got the Super Hemp Blend for the first time ever. This is literally the *best* granola I've ever had. It's got a nice crunch without being hard on the teeth. It's not overly sweet... I really can't stand when companies add tons of sugar to a snack that's supposed to have some semblance of being *healthy*! You can taste the flavours of hemp and coconut without any of the flavours overwhelming the rest of the combination. I've had this plain, in a bowl with rice milk like cereal, and combined with fruit as an easy breakfast, and all the ways are yum! Highly recommend to any granola lover.5
