Smells like heaven in my house...I received my bag yesterday as soon as I cut the bag I could smell the wonderful lavender aroma. The bag is big and I transferred it into my Mason Jars. Let me tell you this filled 4 Mason Jars that are quart sized I had to pack them down and still had some that didnt fit my jars. So I filled a baggy and gave it to the little girl next door. I will be doing everything lavender for months i have so much. Its beautiful, smells incredible, tastes great and its Organic. If I ever get through this much lavender I will buy it again. No debris found just lots of beautiful lavender petals that are bright and fresh smelling. I think i can make a million lavender sachets to put around my house, have plenty for lavender lattes and make lots of delicious lavender cookies this weekend. Very happy with my purchase.5Beautiful smelling lavenderThis lavender was perfect for infusing with coconut oil, to make body lotions. I was really impressed with how fresh the flowers were and how potent the smell was when I opened the bag. I thought 2lbs might be excessive, but I'm happy with this purchase. I'm glad I went with this over purchasing essential oils. I've been making teas and lotions and just covering my entire life in lavender. If lavender has any health benefits, I can definitely say I've been sleeping much better because of it.5NOT CULINARY LAVENDER AS ADVERTISED!!!!!I bought this lavender to use as a culinary lavender since it says, "good for tea, cooking..." It ABSOLUTELY is not culinary lavender. I made a tea that was so horrible it was undrinkable. I'm guessing from the older reviews I read that said it did not have much scent, that they decided to add essential oils to make it smell stronger. The more recent reviews said the scent was good. Whatever they did, it is not edible. DO NOT BUY THIS FOR TEA OR COOKING - ITS DISGUSTING.1That's a lotta lavenderI didn't realize how MUCH lavender is in one pound. I have enough to make sachets for every drawer in my house, lavender lemonade for the whole summer, and all the lemon lavender cookies I'll ever want. It has a wonderful scent and it's very fresh! FYI - 1 lb of lavender is over a quart.5Wonderful for making lavender chaiI bought this to mix with tea for making lavender chai after having an awful experience with lavender syrup. This is SO much better than the syrup. I use loose tea but you could easily add some along with tea bags as long as you either use an infuser or strain it after brewing. The bag is huge and the lavender aroma is wonderful.5Great quality and freshness!The flowers are very fresh and the aroma when you open that bag is delightful if you are a fan of lavender at all. The calming effects of making this into a tea is amazing. I use it in my kombucha batches as well. It s also a huge bag.5I wish I could use it!Smelled great. Fairly even coloration. Best of all, it wasn't "buggy." However, I bought it for my guinea pigs to eat, and they seem not to be interested in that. It was worth a shot, since lavender is on the list of what is safe-for-piggies. I cannot rate it on its edibility or taste; however, I don't feel that to be worth removing a star. I have bought the32oz bag twice and both were exceptional quality. They are very large resealable bags. They reseal easily and tightly. The fragrance of the flowers is heavenly. The color is a bit greyish blue, but they seem very fresh and whole. I went all the way through the bags and did not find a single stem, bug part or debris. All I received was 2 lbs. of fragrant, beautiful flowers.Don't hesitate thinking the price is too good to be true. I am completely thrilled with both purchases and will purchase again.I hope they continue to sell because now I am spoiled.5
