Perfect spacers! These are great toe spacers, but it's important to note that unlike the picture they're all the exact same size. 5These really help. These have really helped decrease pain in the joint in the ball of my foot. They're quite comfortable and easy to clean. I do have to wear them with socks to keep them from moving around generally, but they work fine in most closed toed shoes. As others have noted, this is just ONE size of spacers, not multiple sizes. Mine came with 2 pairs on big-ish ones. They fit well between my big and next toe, but they would be way too big to fit between my little toes. 5Misleading photo The photo with this product is misleading. It shows four spacers of graduated sizes. I only wanted a spacer between third and fourth toe, but decided to buy the whole pack. It turned out that what I got was four large spacers of the same size for between the big toe and the second toe. Totally worthless for what I needed. 1Excellent product. My bunion locations are directly opposite each ... Excellent product. My bunion locations are directly opposite each other on two interior toes.I had to cut these in to make them shorter for my need, and they work great. The gel isvery comfortable and alleviated pain I have experienced for the past two months. Mydoctor said to separate the the two affected toes but didn't say how. I may send himone! 5Significant Metatarsal Pain Relief Wearing the Pedifix Gel Smart Visco-gel Toe Spacer between my 3rd and 4th toes alleviates metatarsal pain, including that which wakes me up in the middle of the night. I have tried a number of other solutions and, generally, anything that separates the toes - yoga socks, toe socks, metatarsal pads, anatomical soles, anatomical shoes, etc. - helps. These are a little challenging to keep in place, but seems to be the most effective of all the remedies tried over the past 25 years. They hand wash well and seem to be quite durable. But I ordered smalls for my size 7.5 feet and they are too tall and possibly too wide, but seem to be the smallest option available. I am considering trying out the flatter toe separators for this reason. 5Perfect fit I was a bit skeptical when I first took the out of the package. I thought for sure they would be too bulky. Not at all. They are so comfortable. I wish I had gotten them years ago. 5Love these because they are easy and comfortable to use ... have a toe twisted from arthritis. If this isn't enough another toe is crowding it. I use these spacers regularly to retrain toes into proper position. Love these because they are easy and comfortable to use and clean. Highly recommend for using in work shoes, to keep toes in proper place, while you're busy focusing on other things. They are so comfortable, I don't even notice them. When I've worn them all day the toes stay properly spaced for 12-24 hours without spacers.Surgery would permanently place toes, but it would hurt and require too many days off. Won t bother with surgery, spacers are easy to use! 5Great size! I have previously used the "standard" size in these (available at most drugstores) to prevent further growth of bunions and big toes crossing over onto the next. But I'm not a big person...I found these gel toe spacers - in a smaller size than the usual - fit my feet much better, and didn't cause pain/discomfort after several hous. I can wear these all day.I initially starting using these between big and next toe to keep my big toe in place. However, I found - the 1st night I wore them - that they had a HUGE impact on my knees! I've had knee pain for a while, and finally self-diagnosed it as coming from the effects of pronation (foot arches falling - causing knees to rotate inward) and this toe issue.I wear at least one of these every day. When I don't, I get knee pain and leg cramps in my calf by afternoon or evening. BTW, you can also help knee pain with Vionic shoes or orthotic insoles- but they take a bit to get used to. 5they save my feet I got the small size for my small feet. they are for my big toe that's trying to jump on top of the next one which hurts my bunions. these things keep my bunions from going crazy and I can take long walks, hike for hours, feet are fine. I wear them all day, a great simple cheap way of coping with bunion issues. 5I can't recommend these spacers enough These spacers are marketed for use between your big toe and next toe. That wasn't what I needed them for. I have corns between my smallest toe and the next toe on both feet. I also work a job where I stand all day with no breaks. The pain had become so severe that I thought I would have to quit my job. I saw these and bought the smallest size to fit between my smallest toes and hoped for a small reduction in the pain. After 2 weeks using this product I am working a full shift PAIN FREE! I can't recommend these spacers enough. I've aleady had a coworker purchase these as well. Amazing product. 5
