One StarNOT refrigerated at the warehouse or during shipment. 1Go to a local store instead!Buy from a local store. Not packed cold and does not have the same effects from Whole Foods where I normally purchase...out of a refrigerated display case. Tried to return with no dice. 1Life changing for sinus infections and colds!These have changed my life. I used to have chronic allergies and head colds/chest colds. I would catch anything that anyone around me had almost immediately. These were recommended to me at Whole foods and so I gave it a try. It took about a month for them to really work and I haven't been sick since (5 months!) I take one a day--if I feel a cold or sinus infection coming on I take two or three a day and by the next day it's totally gone. We have a 6 year old and started giving her the children's version and she's been cold free since then as well. Love your products! 5Left in sun to deteriorate nutritional valueI have used this product for a few years, but it's supposed to be no more than room temperature and recommends refrigeration. It was left in the sun on my front porch and was so hot when I got home that I couldn't touch the glass bottle. It has live cultures so some of the capsules exploded due to intense temperatures. I don't think it has any live cultures left, and I will not purchase this product again. 1Helps with Chronic Condition, No Taste or Side EffectsA physician friend of mine recommended this product.
